Competition Eligibility & Requirements
Do I need to be a Life Time Member to compete?
A Life Time membership is not required to register to compete.
Do I need prior competition experience?
Prior competition experience is encouraged but not required - this is the first LT Games so everyone is new.
What is the minimum age to compete or spectate?
Athletes must be 18 years or older to compete. No minimum age requirement for spectators.
Competition Structure & Format
What is the entry fee?
Registration opens September 5th, 2025 at 12PM CST
- Life Time Member: $179 (Member ID required at checkout)
- Non-Member: $199 (Download Life Time app, receive event access ID)
- VIP Life Time Member: $229
- VIP Non-Member: $249
VIP includes exclusive swag + Target Center recovery suite access (red light therapy, cryotherapy, hyperbaric chamber, Normatec). Suite manager will contact you to schedule appointments.
What is the prize money?
Total Prize Pool: $20,000 Awarded to fastest male/female overall times:
- 1st Place: $5,000
- 2nd Place: $3,000
- 3rd Place: $1,000
- 4th Place: $750
- 5th Place: $500
How many athletes compete at a time?
4 athletes start every 15 minutes with their own dedicated judge.
How is the competition schedule structured?
Saturday October 25th: 9:30AM - 3:30PM
Sunday October 26th: 9AM - 12PM
Athletes progress through 17 stations.

What time do doors open?
Saturday: 6:30 AM | Sunday: 8:00 AM
Arrive early for check-in, warm-up, and course familiarization.
Competition Support & Logistics
How many judges will be at the event?
Every athlete gets their own dedicated judge who follows them through all 17 stations to ensure movement standards and timing.
Will event staff prep stations and load weights for me?
No, you will load and select your own weights at each applicable station. Event staff will reset each station after completion for the next athlete.

Is there a time cap?
- Athletes will have 6 minutes to complete the assigned work at each station.
- If the athlete does not finish within the 6-minute cap, they will be moved forward to the next station to maintain the flow of the race.
- Any athlete moved forward due to the time cap will incur a 6-minute penalty added to their total race time.
- If an athlete reaches the 6-minute cap at three stations, their race will be considered incomplete and they will be removed from the course.

Is there a course preview?
Yes. Friday, October 24 from 5:30-6:15 PM CDT. Attend in-person or watch on Instagram Live @lifetime.ltgames
Will there be medical staff onsite?
Yes. Two medics will be staffed during the competition.
Race Day - Athlete Information
When should athletes arrive?
Arrive at least 1 hour before your heat time. Check-in opens when doors open.
What should athletes bring?
- Registration confirmation email
- Photo ID
- Athletic gear and closed-toe shoes
- Any personal nutrition/supplements
Where is check-in located?
Life Time Target Center main entrance at the bottom of the stairs from the Target Center atrium. Check in directly behind the Concierge Desk. Elevator available to level HC if needed.
What do athletes receive at check-in?
- Athlete bracelet (required for competition & Athlete Village access)
- Timing chip
- Official Ten Thousand athlete t-shirt
- Athlete number tattoo
- Goodie bag with race day information
Where can athletes store their belongings?
Dedicated lockers throughout the facility and designated locker rooms on the lower level. Each locker has a user-generated code for locking. No personal locks are required.
Where can athletes warm up?
Athletes can warm up using any equipment throughout the club, except for the LT Games course. Two designated studios on the lower level: GTX Space (treadmills, dumbbells, kettlebells) and DPT Studio (barbells, dumbbells, and cardio equipment).
What is the Athlete Village?
The Athlete Village (athlete wristband required) features Hyperice recovery equipment, complimentary snacks and hydration, and water refill stations. Water refill stations are also available throughout the club.
What happens after I finish?
You'll receive your official time, take a finisher photo, and get your finisher coin and water bottle. Hyperice recovery and refreshments are available in the Athlete Village. Post-race photos will be emailed after the event.
Can family/friends meet me after I compete?
Spectators are not allowed in the LT Games Course or Athlete Village. Plan to meet family and friends outside the Athlete Village. A photo booth is available outside the LT Games Course by the LT Games Wall.
When will results be posted?
Official results and leaderboard will be available at ltgames.lifetime.life after each day of competition.
Race Day - Spectator Information
Do spectators need to check in?
Yes. Check in directly behind the Concierge Desk at the main entrance (bottom of the stairs). Elevator available to level HC.
Where can spectators watch?
Standing room is available on the main level track overlooking the LT Games Course or on the lower level near the Vendor Village. Elevator access is available from ground level to lower level for accessibility. For safety, only athletes and event staff are allowed on the LT Games Course. The Athlete Village is restricted to athletes with wristbands only.
Can spectators take photos and videos?
Yes! Take all the photos and videos you want. Please avoid using flash to prevent distraction to athletes. Tag @lifetime.ltgames to be featured on our account.
Can spectators leave and come back?
Yes. Keep your wristband visible for re-entry to the facility.

Is food available for purchase?
Yes. Life Cafe features special LT Games weekend menu items including performance bowls, power shakes, and protein lattes.
Parking
Where should I park?
DISCOUNTED PARKING (Life Time Members & Employees Only):
Hawthorne Transportation Center Ramp - $3 all day with validation at Life Time Target Center front desk.
PUBLIC PARKING:
- ABC Ramps (7th & 5th Streets) - Connected via skyway, $9-$15
- Street parking - Limited availability
- Additional lots and garages throughout downtown Minneapolis

How can I watch the livestream?

Note: Livestream coverage will only be available on Saturday.
Saturday coverage:
7:30 PM -1:00 PM CDT – Athletes Compete (You will be able to choose from 4 camera angles to find your athletes)
1:30 PM – 3:45 PM CDT - Highlighted Athlete Eats (Pre-Show begins at 1:30 PM CDT. Athlete Competition resumes at 2:00 PM CDT).
Event Day Support
Who do I contact if I have questions on event day?
LT Games Corporate Support Team will be onsite. Look for staff wearing LT Games grey staff shirts or visit the check-in desk at Life Time Target Center for assistance.
What if I lose something?
Contact the front desk or LT Games staff for lost and found assistance.
Facility Policies
Are pets or service animals allowed?
Service animals are allowed. Please ask our support staff if you have questions about support animals.
Is the facility accessible?
Yes. Elevators and ramps are available throughout the facility.
What is the bag policy?
No large bags are allowed throughout the facility. Please use available lockers for storage.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Spectators: No outside food or beverages except water bottles.
Athletes: May bring prepped items if needed. Refrigerator access is available upon request.
Is alcohol available?
Alcohol is available for purchase in the Thrive Bar. No alcohol allowed beyond the bar area.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No smoking or vaping allowed in the facility.
Are there phone charging stations?
Yes. Various outlets are located throughout the club and in the Life Café and Thrive Bar.
Where are the bathrooms located?
Bathrooms are located throughout the facility on all levels.
