Competition Eligibility & Requirements
Do I need to be a Life Time Member to compete?
A Life Time membership is not required to register to compete.
Do I need prior competition experience?
Prior competition experience is encouraged but not required.
What is the minimum age to compete or spectate?
Athletes must be 18 years or older to compete. No minimum age requirement for spectators.
Competition Structure & Format
What is the entry fee?
Member: $249 per athlete (Note: must be a member for at least 6 months to receive member pricing)
General Registration: $299 Per Athlete
What is the prize money?
Total Prize Pool: $25,000
- 1st Place: $7,500
- 2nd Place: $3,500
- 3rd Place: $2,500
Awarded to fastest overall times.
How many athletes compete at a time?
4 Athletes will compete every 15 - 20 minutes with their own dedicated judge.
How is the competition schedule structured?
Friday, October 2, 2026:
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM | Open Competition: 4 Athletes compete every 20 minutes
Saturday, October 3, 2026:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Open Competition: 4 Athletes Compete every 20 minutes
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Highlighted Athlete Competition: 4 Athletes Compete every 15 minutes
6:00 PM | Athlete Award Ceremony

What time do doors open?
Official athlete check-in, packet pickup and course briefing times will be released closer to the competition date.
Registration
When is registration available?
Can I still register after the posted dates?
Registration closes when capacity is reached. Register early to ensure your spot.
Competition Support & Logistics
How many judges will be at the event?
Every athlete gets their own dedicated judge who follows them through all stations to ensure movement standards and timing.
Will event staff prep stations and load weights for me?
No, you will load and select your own weights at each applicable station. Event staff will reset each station after completion for the next athlete.
Are there any recommended weight/rep schemes?
Refer to the full movement standards document for guidance on weights and rep schemes.
Is there a time cap?
- Athletes will have 6 minutes to complete the assigned work at each station.
- If the athlete does not finish within the 6-minute cap, they will be moved forward to the next station to maintain the flow of the race.
- Any athlete moved forward due to the time cap will incur a 6-minute penalty added to their total race time.
- If an athlete reaches the 6-minute cap at three stations, their race will be considered incomplete and they will be removed from the course.
What hotels are available nearby?
We are finalizing our official host hotel partnership. Several hotels are located near Life Time Frisco. Details and partner discounts will be shared closer to the event.
Will there be medical staff onsite?
Yes. Two medics will be staffed during the competition.
Are there designated warm-up areas?
Yes. A dedicated athlete warm-up station is located on the basketball court to the left of the competition course. Additional equipment and space are available throughout Life Time Frisco.
Race Day - Athlete Information
When should athletes arrive?
Arrive at least 1 hour before your heat time. Check-in opens when doors open.
What should athletes bring?
- Registration confirmation email
- Photo ID
- Athletic gear and closed-toe shoes
- Any personal nutrition/supplements
Where is check-in located?
Check-in will be at Life Time Frisco's main entrance. Specific location details will be provided with your registration confirmation.
What do athletes receive at check-in?
- Athlete packet with race t-shirt
- Timing chip
- Athlete number
- Race day Information
Where can athletes store their belongings?
Dedicated lockers throughout Life Time Frisco are available. Each locker has a user-generated code for locking. No personal locks are required.
Where can athletes warm up?
Dedicated warm-up station is available on the basketball court to the left of the competition course. Additional equipment is available throughout Life Time Frisco for warm-up purposes.
What is the Recovery Area?
The Athlete Recovery Area is located in the Life Time Recovery Space across from the gym. Appointments for recovery services are available by checking in at the recovery desk.
What happens after I finish?
You'll receive your official time, take a finisher photo, and receive a finisher patch. Recovery amenities and refreshments are available in the Recovery Area.
Can family/friends meet me after I compete?
Spectators are not allowed in the competition course or restricted athlete areas. Plan to meet family and friends outside the competition area. Photo opportunities will be available throughout the venue.
When will results be posted?
Official results and leaderboard will be available at ltgames.lifetime.life after each heat block concludes.
Race Day - Spectator Information
Do spectators need to check in?
Yes. Check in at the main entrance upon arrival.
Where can spectators watch?
Standing room and seating are available throughout Life Time Frisco with views of the competition course. Specific viewing areas and capacity details will be shared with your confirmation.
For safety, only athletes and event staff are allowed on the competition course.
Can spectators take photos and videos?
Yes! Take all the photos and videos you want. Please avoid using flash to prevent distraction to athletes. Tag @lifetime.ltgames to be featured on our account.
Can spectators leave and come back?
Yes. Keep your wristband visible for re-entry to the facility.
Vendor Village & Merchandise
What's in the Vendor Village?
The Vendor Village is open to all spectators and club members. We're finalizing our partner lineup for Frisco. Updates on vendors and activations will be shared soon.
Is merchandise available?
Yes. The LT Games Merch Store features exclusive LT Games apparel and gear. Available for purchase onsite only. Credit card or digital payment only.
Food & Beverages
Is food available for purchase?
Yes. Food and beverage options will be available at the Life Café.
Parking
Where should I park?
Parking is available complimentary in the designated Life Time Frisco Parking Lot.
Livestream
How can I watch the livestream?
On the day of the event, the live stream can be accessed here.
Event Day Support
Who do I contact if I have questions on event day?
LT Games Corporate Support Team will be onsite. Look for staff wearing LT Games staff shirts or visit the check-in desk at Life Time Frisco for assistance.
What if I lose something?
Contact the front desk or LT Games staff for lost and found assistance.
Facility Policies
Are pets or service animals allowed?
Service animals are allowed. Please ask our support staff if you have questions about service animals.
Is the facility accessible?
Yes. Elevators and ramps are available throughout Life Time Frisco.
What is the bag policy?
No large bags are allowed throughout the facility. Please use available lockers for storage.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Spectators: No outside food or beverages except water bottles.
Athletes: May bring prepped items if needed. Refrigerator access is available upon request.
Is alcohol available?
Alcohol availability will be determined based on Life Time Frisco's policies.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No smoking or vaping allowed in the facility.
Are there phone charging stations?
Yes. Various outlets and charging stations are located throughout Life Time Frisco.
Where are the bathrooms located?
Bathrooms are located throughout Life Time Frisco on all levels.
